Section 1 was about the development of rights and constitution. To be more speific Black's and Women's right to vote along with their suffrage and the qualifications of voting. 2. Provide a paragraph on an important issue of your choice from Section 2:
This Section going more into the qualificans to vote along with some taxes to voters. It says you must be able to read and write to make sure you know what or who your voting for. It started of only White males could vote but it wasnt opression at the time. Now everyone can vote as long as their over 18 and are a citizan of the U.S.A.

Once again this Section (3) goes more into what Section 1 was about but it goes into suffrage. As i stated earlier "Later Black's fought long and hard for their freedom and even had to fight somemore to have voting rights. Soon after Women actavised achieved Womens Right to vote." Not only the is this about suffrage but its about civil rights, 5th amendent, rights act of 1964 and 1965

Last Section tells us who can vote, why dont some vote, and how some vote. Only half of Americans actually vote so its not really fair an the canidates part. Women and Men vote differently based on their beliefs and mindset.
6. Explain the qualifications for registering to vote:
Only American citizans can vote, they also need to be 18 or older. After those two qualities they have to register to vote. After that and only that they can vote. Recommended that they can read and write and follow the rules of voting.
